Put GVIF in search it will throw up a lot of post as to what various members have done. If you go for the number plate fitted one's it a bit difficult to make a neat job of hiding the wiring due to the design of the split tailgate I believe. On my old pre-facelift I swapped the rear spoiler for facelift one with the camera in it, if you do however use a genuine spoiler you do need to use the facelift hinges as well as the outer mounting are in a slightly different position. I believe there are aftermarket spoiler around fitted with camera which bolt straight on to the pre-facelift.

There is a much easier solution.....fit a wolfbox front and rear dash camera or any of the other types you can get now.

I think I might actually have a camera fitted to the spoiler. Is this one ?
