That is odd as there is a 15 page section dedicated to removing the oil cooler in the copy I have, it also looks like it is a 'O' ring seal where the cooler mounts to the engine not a gasket.

The workshop manual that I have doesnt have a 15 page section dedicated to the oil cooler removal. Can you point me in the right direction where to get this. |

You need either the 2007-2009 or 2010-2011 edition of the workshop manuals then for the TDV8 engine then.

I am about to order parts for the oil cooler leak. I was looking at replacing the EGR valves at the same time. Are there any other part I should consider getting so that I only have to diassemble the inlet manifold once. |
