Tow Bar Retrofit?

Anyone know if there is a removable tow bar like previous models? I likely have a launch model coming which doesn’t have towing fitted.

With thanks in advance

P440e in my case.
- unlike the L494, towing is possible on the 23 model. 2022 P440e AB

I used these guys for my L494 and they might be able to help as believe these are the manufactures. Great service from them. £425 with LED light wiring. higher nose weight than most at 200k instead of 150kg and tow 3500kg.

Excellent quality and was an easy fit

Thank you.

But you won't actually let a dealer loose on your new RRS to fit it, will you? They'll probably end up breaking something. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Hi I am in the same boat, have a P510e Autobiography arriving in a few weeks, managed to get a cancelled order but couldn't add the tow bar, what has the dealer quoted you for retro fit of the deployable ?

Thanks

I’m sure there will be. According to dealer deployable towbar is not available at build atm due to no stock, so don’t expect to order one for your dealer to fit any time soon…

Re dealer fit, when available, this is from their price list.

Electrically Deployable Tow Bar Includes the following: Electrically Deployable Tow Bar with electrics, RecoveryEye and fixings, EDT TBM Wiring Loom, TBM3 Module, M6 nut andEDT Towing Valance Black VPLXEDT01EU £2,596.
This is a fitted price, ie 2.5x cost of build option Embarassed 3.0 SDV6 HSE L494

It'll be way more time intensive retro-fitting the tow bar and associated electrics than it would be doing it during build. Add the fact that the dealer's charge hourly rates that would embarrass a barrister, and you have an expensive project, sadly. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
