How to split NSF Loom Connector

Hi folks, I need to do some more continuity testing between off side rear height sensor and the connector under the wheel arch liner NSF

I can see 3 x connectors, one of which is easy to split and looks like it is power to somewhere. The other two are multi pin connectors but look similar in appearance. It looks like there is maybe a tab to press but not sure

My car is 2006 2.7 HSE and I'm worried about brittle plastic. Its a bit fiddly in there and I don't want to break any clips, so wondering if anyone had any tips on how to split the connectors please before I dive in ?

Thankyou
