Almost certainly the anti-roll bar bushes (although could be other suspension bushes, these are the usual culprit) 2014 BMW 530d Touring, 2006 BMW 650i, 2018 Mini Cooper S |

We have an L320 at the shop that the left rear upper knuckle joint is creaking like nobody’s business. Basically if it can move, it can creak. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

I may have sorted it. The bushes I mentioned above the rear wheels that I soaked today don’t seem to creak anymore. I’ve got to got into London on Friday so I’ll know for sure as it’s a longer trip. |

Get a syringe and needle, fill it will oil I used gear oil my self as iv plenty in the garage then inject 1 ball joint at a time. Upper and lower joints on the drop links etc and see how it goes.

I think those "Knuckle Bushes" are more of a bearing than a bush, lubricating them may help in the short term, but If they are the culprit and worn I think the ideal solution would be replace them.
