L494 Warning Low Battery after x2 batteries replaced?!

Hi,
I've replaced the main and auxillary batteries as I was getting the low battery warning. It gets the point where the electric boot won't open.
Has anyone had this issue? I'm thinking it may be the alternator but, as I'm no mechanic, I was hoping that someone would be able to provide assistance or has had a similar issue.
I've got a L494 RRS 3.0 Diesel Hybrid (2013).

Thanks in advance,

Sean

It’s easy to check the battery with a multimeter you need to be getting 14.4volts with the engine running.
I’ve got the same vehicle and found you just need to use it more than once or twice a week and for longer runs. 2015 RRS DIESEL HYBRID

I did what you did to no avail. I had that on & off for months even with Ctek connected. Dealer said nothing wrong but Auto electrician discovered a parasitic drain which took 3 or 4 days to find as he had to try something, let the system close down then try the next thing etc.
I could give it a long run then next day it would come up with the dreaded message. Very disconcerting as you wonder if its going to start.
Don't take it to a main dealer, use an Auto Electrician Range Rover Sport (gone): Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe: 992 Porsche Carrera 4S: Range Rover Fifty P400e
