Couple of Issue's....Help required.

Hi Guys, & Seasons greetings to one and all.

Have two issue's if anyone can help!

1...... Had the car around 5/6 months now its a 2016 sport A/B 4.4. First few months when getting out of the car the steering wheel used to move out of the way also the car used to sit lower for exiting. Somehow its stopped doing this! maybe just me trying a few button have switched something off?
Have searched for answer to turn it back on, if I have turned it off. However having no joy. Can anyone assist? Bow down Bow down Bow down

2.....Did a 120 mile journey last night. last 10 mile car went into limp mode on the motorway!! from lets say excessive speed to around 30mph in no time!!!!!!
Red triangle popped up with exclamation mark inside.
Managed to limp home, then did nothing till just been out and had a quick look.
I have a Gap iid tool. connected errors show from the 27th of this month. Nothing showing on faults for the 29th which was last night!!!
This is what I don't understand. why does last night faults show???
I have not cleared the faults as yet, going to try and have another look shortly, after recharging iPad!.
Any thoughts guys???? Bow down Bow down Bow down

Thanks in advance.

Just a quick update Guy's on point 2...of my queries.
Had the IID tool connected again, still showing no faults from last nights trip. Going into limp mode and the dreaded red triangle showing.
Started the car up, No red triangle showing!!!
Therefor I am assuming no big drama! However don't want this to repeat when driving at speed again!!!
So no further forward with a fix. Cannot see any visible signs of problems under the bonnet. ( Don't know what I am looking for or at iether) Whistle Whistle Whistle
Letting my indie inspect at his first opportunity, hopefully he can shed some light.

If any one had same probs, fix.. Would love to hear about it. Bow down Bow down Bow down

1. Twist the steering adjust switch to auto

2. Try asking the iid to show pending faults

As for the other little problem. Indie been up, he new straight away it was MAP sensor. Says its a known problem that requires cleaning often. Cleaned it and cleared all faults related. Spot on once again.
