Afternoon Edward, the issue with the crankshaft can happen at any time regardless wether it’s been maintained well or not,one went on a sdv6 I sold with only 33000 miles full LR history & I’ve heard others have done 100,000 miles plus with no problems,,I’m afraid it’s the luck of the drawer. Andy.

Ok wow, definitely have not expected that! Do you happen to know if there are any preventative measures? Thank you so much. |

I’ve had 7 naks & im sure I’ll have another sometime .To be honest,if you read all the horror stories about cars you would never buy one,the focus RS I had have problems, the ford ranger I know have have problems,,but the thing is if you have a good warranty in place then our covered for these problems,,,,,,Hopefully Andy.
