Fuel Burning Heater not working.

Help required with fuel burning heater. I have the timed options on the screen but when I set the timer nothing happens. I don't have an option for manual heat or manual vent (greyed out). I changed the number 2, 5 amp fuse, still nothing. Please look at the attached pictures and give me your opinions as what to try next.

Update. I now have the manual controls illuminated but still nothing working. If I had any hair I would pull it out in frustration.

I think for the parking heater to kick in, the battery has to be above a certain voltage and there has to be at least a quarter of a tank of fuel, so if the battery or fuel are low it will not fire up, also I think if the heater fails to fire a certain number of times it goes into a lock out mode which can be reset with the GAP tool, does the heater fire up when you start the vehicle at low temps of 6 Deg and below ?, There's a full section on the fuel burning heater on the disco 3 forum.

Thanks for the reply. I have a full tank of fuel ambient temp -2. It doesn't work on timer or manual heat. It doesn't work with or without the engine running or whatever the temperature is.

Yet another update: the heater is now working. After advise from a first class indi (Strathearn Engineering Perth) I found more settings on my Gap lld for the heater and cleared all codes. All is now well.
