2007 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HST Java Black

Connections In The Upper Glovebox

Hi There,

I've got some connections in the upper glovebox, that I have no idea what they are for.
There is a long cable with a wide connection on it.
A USB
And a red and white TV cable by the looks of it.

Ive popped a photo in below. Thanks for any help

The wide connector maybe an iPhone4 (or iPod touch) connector for music

Red and white are audio colours.
USB for a memory stick with MP3 music on )

Hey thanks man. Was hoping it was USB charging, but didnt have a cable to try at the time.

That is the old IPod classic kit L/R used to do for pre-facelift RRS1's, I had one in my 2009 car there is also a dash mount for the iPod its's self as well for the kit., have to admit it wasn't much use but this is L/R were talking about.

Should the USB charge an iPhone? Mine isn’t charging.

I think you may find that kit was out and about before the first iPhone was ever launched so maybe not.
