Power points in arm rest and beside cup holders

Are the Power points in arm rest and beside cup holders different outputs in mr 2015 RRS? I plugged the sat nav into the one closest to the dash beside the cup holders and it wouldn’t power it but the one in the arm rest would. 2015 RRS Autobiography Dynamic Corris Grey Black Roof

Might be a blown fuse as I had the same issue, but the other way round, the fuse was blown in the arm rest one. 2017 RRS 3.0 HSE Carpathian Grey with all gloss black bits
