Could it be the built in SIM giving yo problems, I assume that is what is used for the SOS service?

Not sure the sim i have has signal so assume its not that. Someone said its possible battery so bought a ee one but not had chance to fit as need to remove part of dash RRS HSE DYNAMIC 2015 ODESSEY RED |

I am not talking about the SIM in the cubby that you fit yourself, there is a SIM ( Somewhere ) built into the car.

Good luck, keep an eye on the signal strength indicators for your internal SIM and your provided SIM.
