DAB Issue and MOST

Morning all, I have an issue with my DAB and I've on my 2010 Facelift.
The DAB is stuck on DAB3 no reception and will not Auto tune, all so after about 5 minutes the whole Ice turns off and then comes back on after about ten minutes, DAB still not working though
I've ran a MOST test but don't really understand what's coming out of it regarding error messages etc
Any help much appreciated
TIA

Think I've found the issue, the Fibre connector to the Amp is damaged, you can wiggle it and the red light goes on and off, can anyone recommend where I can get a replacement cable?

Cheers
