Range Rover won’t start after Fuel Filter change

Hi lads
Need some help. Changed the Fuel filter on the 2006 2.7tdv6 as I have done many times before. But today it now won’t start. I have not changed back to the old Filter but it still won’t start. Turns over but won’t kick. The pump in the tank appears to be running as I can hear it. Any ideas would be much appreciated not sure if I should keep cranking it if it’s delivering fuel into the engine Crying or Very sad

Turn the ignition on for 30 seconds then off. Repeat three times.
Use the bleed valve at the back of the engine to get air out
