Yeah, I'm asking them to take a look around for sure. To be honest, I don't think these dealer 135-point inspections are worth the paper they are written on!

They asked me if there was any known, good, local independents near me so I suggested BLR. Kev

So just to close this off, the car was fixed last week and I'm now as happy as a sandboy.

They did the following work...

1. Replaced the Dynamic Response valve block to cure the knocking noise when going over uneven ground
2. The insulator on the rear Dynamic Response pipe near the electric deployable side step bracket to cure the grinding/hissing noise when cornering. Oddly, the front one had it already fitted, but the original dealership where the side steps were fitted when brand new, must have missed off the rear one
3. A new drivers side mirror/window switch pack because the up/down adjustment on the electric mirrors was intermittent

...at a cost of over £1800

And all paid for by the supplying dealer, thankfully!
