Hi hoping someone may be able to help .... Ive fitted a Pioneer double din DAB radio all works perfectly and I have steering wheel controls etc all good, only issue i have is the button on the left side of the steering wheel for making calls doesn't work, is there anyway to get this button to work so I can voice dial? I can press the wee button bottom left of the head unit but would like to have this steering wheel button working as well.

I would too but I've not heard it done. Does your HU have a facility to allow remote activation/reception of calls? I guess that's a good starting point. The guys are InCarTec are pretty good and I'm sure they'd have sorted it out in their kit if it were possible.

Hi yes my unit has a button i press and it activates the voice dialling then just speak to it, however it would be nice to be able to use the button on the left side of the steering wheel.

Have also just installed a Pioneer DAB/Carplay unit - used the InCarTech kit for it.

When I purchased the kit I asked if the voice command button on the steering wheel would be active and was told it wouldn't.

Suspect there's some factory wiring/CAN stuff that would need to be worked around.

Think you can use "Hey Siri" when an iPhone is connected to the headunit.

all other buttons on steering wheel work ok.
