How long should it take from having a service done to it actually showing on the Landrover online servicing screen ?

3 days after paying the bill and getting the car back and it's just telling me the car is over due it's service and that I should book it in 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

OSH updates are instant

Incontrol updates are very hit and miss, sometimes it takes a few hours, sometimes days and days

Have you checked the actual OSH, and not the car?

It's the online service that I'm talking about. Log on and it shows last visit was used car prep in Jan this year before I picked the car up.
Service was done 2 weeks ago but car only collected and work paid for 3 days ago after warranty work kept getting put back.

Then they've forgotten

They have been reminded twice and told me they have to wait for the system to update and then it will show on the online service history page.

At last ! After I'm not sure how many calls to the service department of Harwoods of Crawley chasing the lack of the service I had done by them not showing on the online service history and being told you just need to give it a few days to update.

This morning I finally got someone who knew what they were doing and they said Oh it hasn't been added. Just let me update that for you now sir.
