Change gear selector to 2013 circular

Is it possible to change the gear lever from the 2010 stick to the 2013 circular one?

Is it just a case of swapping the gear selector box bit and changng center console?

Actually, it is possible, but it involves selling your car, and buying a 2012-13 car Laughing
