They probably registered it wrong, or when they did the PDI. Look on the InControl app on your phone, it will give you the subscription expiry dates. If it’s wrong get the dealer to correct it. RRS MY17 SDV6 AB

The renewal date on my phone is 27/04/2020 the same as the emails I've had from JLR. What I don't understand is why it runs out a month before the warranty as it states in the incontrol subscription email that it runs out when the warranty does.

As posted it is only a minor timing issue, the renewal cost is not a great deal.

It's more to do with the fact when I first bought the car the dealer didn't seem to know when it was first registered and due to a private plate it took some time to find out.

Have since managed to find out it was activated on the day it was in the workshop for its PDI, this was a month before the car was registered hence renewal being early and not when the car is classed as 3 years old. 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior
