United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Lux Santorini Black
RRS Update

Hia Gents
Had RRSport now for 9 months now
so after a
full service
all belts changed
new disc / Pads ? calipers all round
GearBox oil swapped.
ARB bushes front & rear

All of which i expect on 2012 vehicle as regular Maintenance

i had my first fault on the car , a yellow triangle suspension error
took to friends garage put his diagnostic tool on it , which pointed to the Off_Side height sensor
cost £100 quid all errors cleared.

guess i am lucky,
but think i may invest in a diag tool my son who is a mechanic
recommended to get the Autel 808bt
i think so he can borrow !!!!

But still happy with RRS

Glad you got it sorted Keith Thumbs Up

The GAP IID tool is the diag tool of choice for most RRS, Disco and FFRR owners. Kev

IID tools are amazing bits of kit, but can require a leap of faith. A 2nd hand one is around £325 posted, also keep an eye out on our sister forums as you’ll have to be quick, they don’t hang around for long. 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue.

I think the price rise for new IID BTs has/will motivate an upward price movement on used devices.

I think it’s certainly worth the price if you intend keeping the vehicle for a few years. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
RRS TDV6 HSE Lux (MY2011)... Nara Bronze / Arabica - now gone!

Agreed. I dithered around before getting one. Best thing I did. Paid for itself already. I heard that Bell Auto Services have them at a good price at the moment. Worth checking out! Visitor from fullfatrr.com
