I noticed a while ago my rear seats don’t slide forward or back. According to the owner’s manual they should have a bar underneath the passenger side which allows this to happen. There is no bar & no evidence to say one was ever there ? They tilt forward to allow the full use of the luggage compartment but no slide. When they are in there open - normal position there is also a large gap between the seat back & luggage compartment roller cover. I have had 5 Sports & never noticed the gap before - no pics I’m afraid because it’s dark. Will add some tomorrow
Any help appreciated - maybe it’s the norm

With the backrest folded fully forward can you manually slide the complete seat forward or rearward as the backrest folding may release something.
