Help identifiying part

Hi All, with my exploits trying to resolve my coolant loss issue I have noticed that one of the small pipes has broken. it looks to have gone brittle so when I moved some wiring out of the way which is was connected to with a support track it has snapped.

I think it may be part of the vacuum system it links to two air inlets with each other and has a t piece to the unit that sits behind the oil filter. please see pic below.tried to find it with the chap at LR parts but could not say positively we found it. they thought it may be part of the kit LR104352..

The broken pipe is towards the centre of the picture.

ok, I have tracked it down where it connects to which is the Crankcase Vent Oil
Separator. just can't find the part number...

it's the highlighted pipe in the below image.

Completely mis-read the post first time, only realised after seeing DM's reply, second one today as well, so being 26 degrees gave up and went to the pub instead.
