TDV8 INLET MANIFOLD

does anyone have a guide on replacing TDV8 drivers side inlet manifold please? How much roughly do indy garages charge and how long does it take? Car went into restricted performance mode towing today, it looks like there is oil seeping from the drivers side inlet manifold. not sure yet if it is the manifold cracked or the gasket.

The workshop manual is here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/yunzrqm47py4pww/RRSL320WSM2006.pdf

The inlet manifold isn't cheap - about £400 each side for genuine parts. https://www.advancedfactors.co.uk/inlet-ma...1735-c.asp 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Not the easiest of jobs, but certainly not the worst job I've ever done on a Sport Thumbs Up

As above though, parts aren't cheap

thank you Mikey, I'll confirm it's that and get it booked into you. Got a few jobs now- rear ARC bar leak and possibly front, inlet manifold and needs gearbox flush.

disco mikey at MMP replaced manifold very efficiently with excellent service. Note that i did successfully expedient repair with Q weld which held up well, but worth replacing properly as likely to structurally fail under load such as towing.
