Passenger and rear door won't open

Hi
Really hoping someone can help.. the rear door on the drivers side stopped opening and closing awhile back but I never use it so I didn't really care. Now the passenger door won't open or close from the inside or the outside. I have noticed that the door handle on the inside seems to be too pressed in, it's not sitting flush. The only other thing of note I can think of is that the baby pulled the button off that works the windows on the rear door that doesn't work, but that was ages ago and everything has worked since then. The car is a range rover sport 2006 HSE 2.7
Any help is greatly appreciated

The lock motors are a common fault, it would seem (I've had one of mine done).. easy to do yourself if you can open the door - I couldn't, and it had just failed the MOT (not being able to open the door is an MOT fail) so I paid the local indy to fix it; I didn't want to be able to see what they had to do to get the door open Embarassed 2014 BMW 530d Touring, 2006 BMW 650i, 2018 Mini Cooper S

Have you tried the door unlock button on the dash ? Had the same problem with my rear doors if it does not release on the button press the button & hold the door button in the open position at the same time, worked every time for me till I had a new actuator fitted.

As above ...your door locks have two small motors in them similar in size to a scalectrix car... these fail with age and need to be replaced...search on here how to do it....or search you tube on how to do it...

Must be something to do with the colder weather as I've been having intermittent door lock issues since the weather has become colder.
Spoke to my local Indy and they said it sounds like it needs a pair of door latches and how they have had the same issue with quite a few cars in with this problem since the temperature has dropped. 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

Hi
Thanks for all the replies, I'm just in the process of taking the actuator out.. I've bought a new one but I'd like to test the old one with a power probe.. I've found what I think is the wiring diagram.. am I right in thinking wire T is power and D is ground?
