Do you mean stripping the engine down and cleaning it, putting some de-coking stuff into the top end through the air intake, or one of these places where they use some "magic gas" to make everything brand-new again?

It’s the latter hughN I’ve read a few reports that it cleans 75% of the carbon deposits from the engine and exhaust increasing mpg and performance , just seeing if anyone else on here has had it done 👍 |

I’m hoping that the Redex I use in each tank full of diesel will do the same job over time. Costs about £1 per tank if you buy it from Tesco when they sell it at half price. Only time will tell if it makes any difference and I may never know. But for a quid I think it’s worth the small effort/expense. Robin

I have always been a fan of Redex, but after reading the post "Wynns Formula Gold diesel treatment", I am now using 2 stroke mixed with a tank of fuel. Early days but now think the engine is quieter or I have convinced myself it is |
