Everything plugged in. Everything lights up perfectly. Info display in dash just says transmission Fault with a picture of a book next to it. Tried disconnecting the battery to reset ECU but nothing happened |

Probably want to go over your steps again, testing it half way Thru.

Not sure if that will work, unplugging and plugging back in. Surely the car just recognised a fault then threw a light up. |
