Switched 12v inside the Upper Rear Tailgate

Does anyone know if there is switched 12v (switches on and off with the ignition) inside the upper rear RRS tailgate.

Yes I can run power from the inside of the car but if something was already there it would save a lot of mucking around.

Thanks

Maybe way out but isn't the rear demister switched?

So you are suggesting that when the ignition is switched on power goes to the demister and the demister switch controls that switched power back to earth so completing the circuit? if so that will work Smile

Can anyone confirm? On the same line then - is power to the rear wiper provided in the same manner?

Thanks

Doubt the window works like that.

Old fashioned wipers you could get an ign feed from, not sure on these. I doubt it.
