Sorry im posting another question about android systems but ive read loads of posts on here about android systems being fitted and my brain has fried.

Can I buy just a standard double din stereo and plug and play? I believe i will loose the connection to the satnav screen but im not worried about top screen for now although will do something with it in the future, I just want a touch screen android double din in her as miss the one that I had in my last car.

connects2 do the kit you need
its circa 180 from memory
it will allow steering wheel controls and keep nav active

Just looking at their kits specific for RRS, I see they do a kit for car with fibre optics and for cars without fibre optics

How do I know if mine has or not?

You have had the head unit out. You remember orange optical cables ?

I don't know what model it is, log book says Range Rover SP S TDV6 A

OOooo I think I did see 2 orange cable at the top on the back, im guessing i have fibre optics then

Have you checked the rear of your centre console - I have a poverty pack model and it has the Aux port. 07MY RRS TDV6

Yeah only had a tray in there, did buy the aux panel and fitted it

Just had a look and no there isn't but there is a box under the passenger seat but think I read somewhere that the box under passenger seat is satnav?

These are plugged into the stereo but no amp under drivers seat
