Yes, you have the reservoir on the left hand side of the engine bay as you're looking in to it (the one on it's own). You have Dynamic Response (hydraulic anti-roll bars).

Edit: just saw your follow up post.

The benefit of the system is that it behaves as if you had no anti roll bars fitted at low speed (less than 11 mph from memory). This gives supple ride at slow speeds such as on bumpy / rough ground. As speed increases, the roll bars come in to action. They work by creating an opposing force to the car's rolling motion when cornering. As you corner, the bar resists roll. Go faster / corner harder and the bar pushes back harder. In effect it's a variable anti roll bar. The overall benefit is good ride at low speeds with good handling at high speeds. There is a bar fitted to each axle. It's a clever system and other manufacturers use similar systems on their sporty SUVs.

The down side is that it is something that can go wrong. The system works at high pressure and the seal in the anti roll bar ram itself can start to leak. It's not a common fault but sadly it's a bit pricey to fix as it usually requires a new bar - several hundred pounds each (fifteen hundred pounds from Land Rover) plus fitting.

On balance, it's a "good thing to have". Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

@ RRSTDV8
Thank you very much for the information regarding dynamic response I do now know more about it Thumbs Up

Ps. Does dynamic response kick in it self or is there a switch for on & off?

Did they lock it in Tight Tolerance Mode with a plug in diagnostic? If not, then forget it. All air suspension vehicles need putting into TTM for 4 wheel alignment.

Rather than start a new thread, what are the chances Kwik Fit will have a plug in diagnostic? Picked up my new (to me) 58 reg RRS 3.6D Friday and a slight vibration on the steering wheel at around 60mph so getting the wheels balanced but as always "they'll look at the alignment" and expecting the "it needs a tweak sir" call...

That's what I thought, I'll stick to the wheel balance as planning to get it to a specialist for once over/ view on preventative maintenance etc anyway.

Thanks Thumbs Up 2008 TDV8 Buckingham Blue- SOLD

To be fair to Kwik Fit wheel is buckled, so back to dealer tomorrow I go, I'm sure this must be part of RRS induction Rolling with laughter ETA: No charge from Kwik Fit as couldn't balance the wheel which makes it slightly less annoying having to go back to dealer (who has already said no problem to swap with other wheel). 2008 TDV8 Buckingham Blue- SOLD
