2.7 TDV6 2006 Black Smoke on Acceleration

So:

No Warning Lights
Codes P0299 and P006A
Both MAP and MAF sensor have been cleaned
Car runs, idles and starts well just a tad of pinking on start but clears almost immediately
Boost reaches 123kPA max
Fuel consumption is around 420 miles on a tank extra urban cycle.

I saw an earlier thread but it was a bit bitty.

Where to start?

Phil

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Cairns Blue

Black smoke is fuel. Have a look for air leaks, split hoses etc.

I did that as best I could, its behind the front RHS wheel arch. no holes as far as i can see. I think its going to have to go in to a garage for diagnosis.
