Rubber seal on the thermostat distort's just changed mine much better now |

Yes I did a bit of research online and that seemed to be the common fault. Thanks. |

Was on mine now once again once I have driven about half a mile mine switches to gas again where it was taking a lot longer before I changed it:thumbsup: |

Replaced the thermostat about an hour ago. Only when I took it out I realised I had no new big o ring for the housing. Fingers crossed my sealant will be ok..

By the way.. When I removed the plastic air intake I had to unclip a small pipe on the right side. On the left there is a alloy pipe end with a big Allen head bolt on the top of it- it has no pipe connected to it. Any idea what it is or was for? It's just to the left of the ally air intake hole. |
