Similar customer service from the tonbridge branch of Lancasters hence they lost a £36k cash sale on a sport as I cancelled it collected the deposit and went to another dealer after no one wanted to talk to me after telling me it wouldn't be ready to collect on time after I rang them at 6pm on a Friday to find out what time I was to come in the following day.

There may not be much profit in that sale, but what about his next one? Or the one his friend might have bought but goes somewhere else having heard bad things? These are the roll on losses that the dealers seem to forget. Easy to lose a customer, hard to get them back. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

It shouldn’t be anything to do with the profit in the sale as to the customer service you receive. They lost any chance of any money from servicing and the profits from my next car that will not be bought from them as will not set foot on the premises after my last experience 2017 SVR.
