Can't actualy remember which one is left to right and which is up and down, but I think the outer one is left to right, a slight adjustment should show you.

Alfie, when you've done this could you post the answer for the rest of us, also which way to turn to raise them (clockwise/anticlockwise). Mine are a bit low on dipped beam so it would be really useful. |
