I've been lurking here for a while now and gathering much information & knowledge about the RRS while hunting for "the one", so thank you everyone who indulged all my questions

We have finally signed an offer on a 2015 SCV8 with 64,000km on the clock selling for R900K. Compared to the rest in the market, I think it is a good bargain, especially seeing the vehicle was used to ferry kids to school and has never even seen a gravel road. It also has numerous non-standard options such as wade assist, lane departure warning, etc.

The 21" rims are being swapped with 20" ones with new 255/55R20 tyres when it goes for its third service before we take delivery.

Congratulations NAKS, lovely colour and I don’t know what pocessed Land Rover to offer that wheel design, it’s way too ornate for most peoples taste so good that you are changing them. There are some much nicer designs available from JLR. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

The Mrs was really not keen on the silver, she preferred a Loire Blue one. But that one was R230K more expensive, hard to justify the extra dosh just to have a blue car 🤔

But once she saw it in the flesh, she wasn't so negative anymore.

Does anyone else also think that the LR colours don't photograph very well? --

Gents, is there a way to reset the vehicle to factory defaults?

I'm particularly referring to gearbox adaptations, audio settings, etc. --

For the gearbox ECU a hard reset should reset any memory, for the radio just set it to seek and then save the stations that you want and they will over write the previously saved stations. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
