Dealers use a system called Vista and that is usually spot on whereas TOPIx can have omissions and additions (possibly related to additional options added at later dates or removed).

Even Vista isnβt accurate - it depends on a typist inputting the right info in and if that isnβt done accurately then you shiny new car comes with bits missing or bits missed off............. have several teeshirts as a reward! 3 years ago Vista was supposed to be automated............; as you sat with the dealer adding options they were supposed to go straight into Vista but bad experiences have shown me that it was all smoke and mirrors in the case of one dealership, they had to admit that they had to go in and manually input my order later.........
