Hi, I would be grateful if someone could help with the following, I have owned my 2005 Sport 4.4 V8 now for a couple of months and I am certain that when I unlocked the car with the remote key the message info screen in the dash would light up.
But for the past couple of days it has not lit up. The display works fine when the key is inserted and turned on,all the settings can be adjusted via the menu button on the indicator stalk. Is it something that can be easily reprogrammed in the car.
Any suggestions would appreciated Or am i having a senior moment and just dreamt it did.

If its any help, the dashboard screen on my 2008 TDV8 doesn't light up when I us the remote to unlock. The one in the centre console does however.... Robin

On my 2008 when I unlock the car I get the sat nav screen showing the Land Rover logo and the radio screen lights up too, The one on the dashboard is off until I switch on the car.
