Better fitting Poly bushes on the new or old wishbones makes a lot of difference

I’m under the impression that replacing the whole arm is easier , because sometimes you have to cut the old arm off ?

+ I’m not sure how easy/hard it is to press in/out the bushes

it was relatively easy to replace the arms. having a good impact gun is highly recommended!!

Lower arms aren't usually that bad, it's the uppers that are pretty much always seized and require cutting out, most people replace the whole arm as its easier (and quicker) than replacing the bushes in the old arm and not all that expensive to buy the complete arm.

Advanced factors do a kit that comes with pre-fitted poly bushes, I've got them front and rear (lower arms) on my sport and they do make the ride a little harsher. The front bushes make more difference to the ride than the rear I found.

I've kept my old arms as I will renew the bushes in them and then I can hot-swap if and when the poly bushes fail
