England 2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Siberian Silver
Suspension fault

Hi All

Had a battery light on all the time so I've had the alternator replaced and battery light now goes out as should do.

But and big but I now have a suspension fault issue Code reads C1A0054 and if you go over 60mph it comes up Max speed 30mph and the red suspension light is on the dash all the time.

Can anybody please help

Hi,

have you checked the voltage of the battery when the engine is switched off?

Also have you done a hard reset? (disconnect battery and leave off for ten minutes. Before re-connecting the battery short the live and negative cables together)

would also be handy knowing which variant you have....

It's a supercharged as per his pic do you have a red lights on the 4x4 screen when you switch to it Thumbs Up

I`ve had the same issue since I had mine. Very intermittent though. Garage traced it to a CANBUS fault but it needs to get worse before he`ll look for it. Steve.

Its a RRS 2005 4.2 supercharged model and yes the red light is on all the time in the 4 x 4 display

Continuing the saga. had the car checked by LR dealer was told code was suspension control module, but the technician said didn't think it was the module, I fitted a used module and now got error message "Not configured" .
Dose the module need to be configured to the car and if so how or is this a job for the LR dealer.

Also I have no suspension.

Any advice would be appriciated
