There is an easy way to fix the driver’s door mirror - set the reverse dip position for that mirror to be the same as when driving forward then it won’t seem to dip...... I have always set mine up that way 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Select R, adjust both mirrors to your preferred settings, back to P or D, no need to press the memory button, that is for going forwards with different drivers using the car. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

When I bought my 2005 RRS, the passenger mirror dipped whenever I selected reverse (which I found annoying).

Whenever I park and turn the engine off then lock the car, my driver mirror spazes out and points whatever way it wants to. I have to reset it everytime I get back in the car. Noisy black one |

No they won't dip, that's the object of the on or off setting, so what are you trying to do make the n/s dip and o/s remain stationary?
