Good advice James as I am also like Donny looking into either a tracker cat 5 plus or the Ghost watch. With the new phone app feature on the Ghost watch does this allow you to bypass the 4 pin required to start the car as long as you have your phone with you? |

I've read enough to answer that myself . Yes, a phone with the app. installed if paired using Bluetooth, allows the car to start normally. However, I'm less sure whether this introduces a security weakness or not. Incidentally, apparently the PIN is any sequence of your choice up to 20 digits long (I've even read it can be 22 digits long! |

That seems a bit extreme as a way of stopping a thief! |

Due to the layering theory, he'd have to kill you if he told you! |

This IS my research! Anyway, having read as much as I can, I'm sold on the idea of a Ghost, and am going to order one tomorrow. Thanks for your help! |
