hi, does anyone know for certain, i gave my range rover sport into a garage to have a new aircon condenser fitted, went in yesterday afternoon expecting to collect my car, was told its going to take more then a day to do as its a big job, when i went to see what they have done so far i see the compressor had been taken out, im 99% sure that the compressor doesnt need to come out but i need to know 100% before i query the invoice i will get on tuesday.

I did mine on my supercharged. Took approx 3.5 houres. Make sure you have lower bumper bolts as they have a tendency to break. It is only a radiator so does not need the compressor removing.

It's no where near that price at a proper LR Service Centre, and comes with a two year warranty.

I think it was a £300-£400 job when I had mine done at an expensive (but good) indy. Get a 2005-2009 RRS (FAH500210) sat nav/dash mat here - the one that wasn't there when you bought the car. Spiffing wheel centre caps available |
