Yes, it's just started for me on a MY17. Very annoying! |

With my Touareg I could turn this feature on and Off, which at the moment would be good. I was told there was a PCM upgrade but still no good after the new firmware. So many missed features on this car, can't program the seats to the keys Why not? This I had ten years ago in another 4WD from a German manufacturer ? Likewise I had key controlled memory seats in a Merc. 14 years ago (and they always worked!). |

Nothing, so far, because I haven't asked them! (To be fair, it only started the other day, and I've learned enough already about the car to wait a few days to see if it cures itself). |

Is this while driving along? You would need to hold the button down, rather then just press it. May help. 2012 RRS SDV6

No, we're (at least I am) talking about the seat resuming the correct setting from 'easy access' on start up. It always goes to the correct setting if you press the button, but you shouldn't need to with memory seats. |

Same for me my seat drops when car turned off. When I restart the seat rises but not to the correct height. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW. |

The problem must be solved as it is part of the extra cash you paid for this feature. Just saying it can't be solved isn't good enough there must be a solution! M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW. |

I agree, that AND several other features that either don't work at all (such as 'In Control Apps) or only work intermittently. |
