IMHO I would change the complete arms as quite frequently the originals have to be cut off due to the bolts being sized.

If you drive very slowly and dab on the brakes you should hear knock,, a sign that the front lower arms / bushes are worn. Might also be worth having a good look at the wheel bearings while your busy as these don't last forever either
