Great work by LR, looks exactly the same as all their other products (excluding FFRR). Someone needs to write a spotters guide for the current range, the only models I can reliably identify at a distance are the FFRR and Evoque Convertible. |

It's built on the f-pace chassis, so no it's not a real range rover. SOLD - MY16 SDV6 Autobiography Dynamic - Fire Engine Red, Fixed contrast pan roof, TV, Dual Screen, 5+2, Privacy, Noble paddles. |

fair point Andy but its more of a range rover than any of the others that bare the name, I feel land rover will be targeting the Porsche macan in particular with the velar, a car I had ordered and cancelled for the sport based on it not being SUV enough (if that makes sense). You cant really compare the evoque and macan due to lack of decent engine options in the evoque. The macan GTS is selling really well so why not take a piece of that market albeit at the risk of diluting the brand a bit. if the engine options are true then you cant see them fitting a 400bhp diesel without stiffening the whole set up like the macan GTS. |
