Hi . I'm not saying for for certain but some dab radios/TVs can provide a 5v output to power an amplifier. I installed an aftermarket dab radio in a van last year , and when it came to connecting the windscreen mounted aerial I had a choice in the radio settings to turn off or on the 5v output to power the amplifier . I would probably wire up as normal , but prior to that check on the tv settings for any options to turn off or disable the 5v output for a powered amplifier . Hope this helps |
