You may have knocked it out of balance which will present itself in that kind of way, appear at a given speed then disappear until a higher/lower speed. It'd be the first check for me unless you see damage to the wheel.

A decent wheel place will tell you whether they are buckled or not very easily so get that checked at same time as you have balanced.... 2010 TDV8 |

When you take it for balancing just ask them to see if the wheel is running true.If its coming through the car its def the rears.

I've been driving it today and I've noticed it only seems to do it under load if I let off the accelerator it doesn't, is that still normal for a unbalanced or buckled wheel or could that be something else?. |

I guess it's possible, but then the TC would have a fault if something wasnt right I'd have thought?, I'm sure I saw it flash for a second as I came off the kerb but it hasn't since.
