CD - I'd try a cleaning CD, but wouldn't hold my breath.

Check your brake light lamps are both working, often a blown lamp can throw up lots of alarms and warnings. Also carry out a a hard reset - there are loads of instructions how to do it if you use the search function 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Alarm going off is probably relating to the bonnet open message.

Hi again, my alternator replacement was a Denso and works fine, but there's plenty of rubbish out there and RRS are very fussy what they wear 2007, HSE, Cairnes Blue, Factory tints, Love it !!! |

Bonnet open message/alarm sounding is almost certainly the bonnet catch switch. Cheap and easy to fix.

Many of your symptoms are are commonly associated with voltage issues, and others (alarm, bonnet catch, door) are linked by the BCM (Body Control Module) which can be upset by electrical noise on the brake circuits, so as said above, keep the battery and alternator in mind and consider changing the brake bulbs and switch. My bet is on the battery as above. Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

Thanks, yep mine was replaced with a Denso alternator, so all good. Hard reset seems to have sorted most if it. Few other bits still to sort (see other post) RRS TDV8 2008 Stornaway Grey |

Thanks, checked them, they all seem fine. A hard reset seemed to sort most of it out though, rest is genuine stuff that needs replacing (see other post) RRS TDV8 2008 Stornaway Grey |

Thanks. Hard rest sorted most of the issues. Checked coolant bottle/float and they're fine. RRS TDV8 2008 Stornaway Grey |
