Paint/Clear Coat Flaking!!

So...I was washing the car this weekend and noticed a few spots where the clear coat had cracked.

Surprising

Not as suprising as the clearcoat dissolving around the headlight washers on a TWO year old car!!!

Warranty? It can't be blamed on stone chips as its around the washer!!
