Didn't know you lived in/near Pocklington, muddy! I went to school there "back in the day". Thumbs Up

Are the Wranglers you mention these ones:https://www.goodyear.eu/en_gb/consumer/tir...LHPAW.html ? Popular FL2 fitment as I understand it. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Boarding school. I went to Lyndhurst when it was still part of the boarding school. Looking on StreetView I see the fire escape we used to use when taking excursions across the roof between dorms! I see that the shop is still there at the corner of Percy Road and Kilnwick Road. Used to buy a bottle of pop (money back bottles back then!) and some penny chews there with my pocket money.

They were good days. Very Happy

Part of the Lyndhurst building has been demolished though, I notice. There are also houses on the grounds where we played. Sad but "that's progress". Looks like the big beech tree is still there on the corner. A great climbing tree when you're only 9-10 years old!

Moved up to the main school from Lyndhurst at about 11 years old I think - talk about small fish in a big pond! Enjoyed my Sixth Form years immensely though. Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Lyndhurst is now a private nursery separate from Pocklington school

Used to live next door to a teacher from the boarding school and looked round years ago for our daughter but didn't go in the end. Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

The whole town looks very different to when I was at school there - getting on for 30 years. I recognise some bits from memory but there are a lot of new houses now. Haven't been back in the last 20 years. Perhaps I will next time we go northwards on a break. Have a friend I haven't seen in too many years living near Market Weighton. Must make an effort! 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

It's a Thinkware - I've had 3 blackvue with reliability issues so bought the Thinkware on BCs recommendation Thumbs Up

I carry loads of kit and would normally help out - I've pulled a bus before - but the defender had already tried and I was in a rush to get youngest to an interview Embarassed Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

Looks like a vehicle has attempted to tow the bus. Is that a rope or a strap attached to the front of the bus under the grill?

This was happening when I arrived at bus - he was sliding a bit and I feared he may clip me so I took refuge behind the other car Confused
