on replacing the battery it was inserted the wrong way up and now does not work even though the batt is now correctly installed.Is it now u/s or can it be made to work correctly.

I think i still have a new uncoded one i bought from fleabay if you get stuck
I had intended just to swap the intrnals over if the outside shell got damaged but miraculously both keys survived intact till trade in dec.

Its common for electronics to have a little diode to prevent reverse polarity connections but if they blow not sure hoe you fix it.. RRS1 2009 - 2012
